If we do not accept your insurance, we will provide you with the Out of Network paperwork needed to receive a reimbursement from your insurance company. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. As a courtesy, we will attempt to verify your insurance, but it is the patients responsibility to know their policies and what they will and will not cover. If you do not have insurance we always accept private pay clients.
