An Immigration Psychological / Mental Health Evaluation is an assessment that is used to help immigration courts determine whether a person can legally remain in the United States. An immigration evaluation starts by talking with your attorney. If an attorney recommends that you and/or members of your family should have an assessment completed, we would gather any relevant information about your case along with any specific legal issues.
The immigration evaluation includes questions regarding, but are not limited to, your current immigration status; your personal and family history; your work history; and any medical or psychiatric history that may be relevant. We will then complete a written report and send it to your attorney.

Our evaluations starting price is $450.00, which includes the initial sessions and report writing, as well as the completed report with diagnosis if applicable. The actual client session time it takes to complete most Immigration Hardship evaluations is 2 hours. Immigration evaluations are completed virtually via secure video. Any additional session, would be at the cost of a regular therapy session.
